Hotel reservation
A limited number of rooms with special negotiated rates has been reserved in Milan for individual registrations and attendees coming from abroad.
All the hotels selected are at walking distance.
Since the rooms at discounted rates are subject to availability, you are advised to make your reservation early.
Hotel Reservations can be requested only by the participants registered for the Congress.

Reservations are confirmed upon payment of the entire amount due, booking fees included (€ 15.00).
The Organizing Secretariat will confirm your reservation and payment via email, and send you your invoice.

Rates include breakfast and 10% VAT.
Rates do not include City Tax that will be charged directly by the Hotel at check out (€ 5.00 per day per person in 4**** Hotels).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be cancelled by sending a written notification to francesca.delfavero@nordestcongressi.it
CANCELLATION FEES:
- no cancellation fee will be applied until 20th February 2021
- from 21st February 2021 to 31st March 2021, the cancellation fee will be equal to the cost of one night stay
- rom 1st April 2021 to 29th May 2021, the cancellation fee will be equal to 100% of the total amount of your purchase
No amount will be refunded if the cancellation is not notified.
Reservation fees are not refundable.
Refunds will be credited by the Organizing Secretariat within 60 days of the date of the Congress.
