Registration fees include 22% VAT.

Congress registration fees also include:

Cancellations of registration received in writing by the Organizing Secretariat within 31stMarch 2021 entitles to a refund of 70% of the amount paid.
After this date no refund will be allowed.
The refunded amount will be paid by 15th July 2021.

All participants and accompanying persons will receive a badge that allows access to scientific sessions, exhibition area, social program and the accompanying persons program.

Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony will take place on Wednesday 26th May 2021 at 5.30 p.m. in the Main Hall of the MiCo Convention Center and will be followed by a Welcome Cocktail.

On Thursday 28th and Friday 28th May 2021, lunches will be served at the MiCo Convention Center. Participants will receive a coupon that must be shown at the entrance of the lunch area.

Social Programme
The following events are complimentary for regularly registered participants and accompanying persons:

  • Friday 28th May 2021
    Social dinner

Social Dinner
The social dinner will be organized on the evening of Friday, May 28th 2021. All regularly registered participants and their accompanying persons are invited.
Participation must be confirmed by filling in the relevant section on the registration form and invitation cards must be collected at the Congress Registration Desk.

Accompanying Persons’ Program
Registration fees for accompanying persons allow access to the events included in the social programme.
In addition, excursions reserved to accompanying persons will be organized on May 27th and 28th 2021 provided a minimum of 20 participants is reached.
Pre-registration is required. The detailed excursion program and the pre-registration form will be published on this website.
